What’s 2018 going to hold for Asia? The Asian Development Bank has compiled an Infographic to show their Asian Development Outlook for the rest of this year. In their estimate, Developing Asia will continue to enjoy steady growth and buoyant prospects. The region is forecast to expand from both solid export demand and rapidly expanding domestic demand.
This means Developing Asia’s GDP is expected to grow by 6.0% in 2018 and 5.9% in 2019, China’s GDP is projected to grow by 6.6% in 2018 and 6.4% in 2019, and India’s GDP should grow by 7.3% in 2018 and 7.6% in 2019. All in all this looks like 2018 and 2019 should be good years for Asia’s economy.
