If the world were 100 people, who would we be?

The 100 People Project is a fascinating organization that seeks to find the 100 people that represent the 7 billion of us. By statistically representing the world population as 100 people, they hope to make complex issues more comprehensible and help the world’s children get a stronger sense of the big picture. Any teacher in the world can enroll their class in The 100 People Project plan, in which students nominate local members of their community to participate in our global portrait.

We hope by bringing you this video, you’ll have a better understanding of who we all are.
