Which Airports Are Best

This is part two our our two part series on global rankings for the world’s best airlines and airports.  Yesterday we tackled airlines and today we’re looking at the world’s best airports.

The website AirHelp recently published their 2018 report on the world’s best airlines and airports. Many people don’t think about it, but you do often have a choice on which airports you can fly in and out of. For instance we know of many European business travelers who go out of their way to fly to Southeast Asia via Singapore’s Changi Airport because it is clean, efficient and loaded with amenities.

The AirHelp Score rates airports worldwide on the following key factors:

  • Quality of Service
  • Claims Processing
  • On-time Performance
  • Overall Social Media Sentiment
Asian airports may be falling behind
Asia has a reputation for having some of the world’s best airports, however recently they may be losing some of their luster. There’s always a challenge keeping up when travel numbers set record levels year over year.
